Mia and Chase are now dating. Kate and Stephen filmed together on Nov. 13.
Peyton is pregnant, but there will be complications.
Ashely and Evan (Jack) filmed together
Austin, Hilarie, and Sophia all filmed near or at COB. Detectives were on set, apparently because of Sam's disappearance.
There is some kind of a confrontation with Brooke and her attacker, because Sophia injured her neck doing her own stunts. (credit to BroodyxCheery)

 There will be a big basketball game in this episode. They filmed in Fayetville during the week of Dec. 1st and we know that they advertised for a lot of extras. We assume this is Nathan's first semi-pro game.

 - Welcome home, Dawson! James Van Der Beek will return to his old Dawson's Creek stomping grounds in Wilmington N.C. this month to shoot an episode of One Tree Hill that will air in late November. He will play a director who's interested in making a movie out of Lucas' (Chad Michael Murray) novel. According to Chad, James will film two more episodes after 6.12.
- Ex-Cincinnati star Austin Nichols is joining the cast of One Tree Hill, sources confirm to me exclusively. Reports say that he has signed on for 10 episodes. He'll play an indie movie producer who expresses interest in turning Lucas' first novel into a film. And because OTH loves its triangles, he'll also share a past connection with Peyton!My OTH mole describes Nichols' gig as "heavy recurring," which I'm pretty sure means we're going to be seeing a lot of him.
- Bryan Greenberg was interviewed in Monte Carlo recently. He said that he is not returning to OTH, because that part of his life is over.
- Joe Manganiello (Owen) is definitely in episode 6.13. We haven't heard of anything after 6.13. (credit to brucasalways)
- Kate Voegele (Mia) stated in an interview that she "thinks" she is returning for a few episodes in season six.
